ADHD Support Group & 8-Session Workshop:  Taking Off the Mask and Creating Your Vision

ADHD can cause a life-long experience of masking to cope and "fit in," with society. The purpose of this workshop is to foster a safe environment for deep self-reflection, and to develop connection among a supportive community capable of relating to you. You will walk away having had deeply reflected on your life's journey, and towards refreshed passions and a vision for the future that is authentic to your inner-essence... And with new friends.

This workshop entails a hands-on, supportive & grounding environment, and will include activities, worksheets, and space specifically for community connection and support.

Rate: $140 for the whole program

Drop-In: $30 each session

Each group session will begin with activities meant to ground, prompt somatic awareness, presence, connection with other participants, support, and the authentic-self.  Every session will run approximately 90+ minutes long, and each week a new module will be covered.

When: This program starts on March 4, 2022 at 5pm PST/8pm EST and runs for 8-weeks, every following Friday. ​
