Being my true self was one of my biggest fears, for me: sometimes it's easier to be somebody you're not, so you don't get judged or criticized for who you really are. Since meeting Allison, I have noticed that the majority of my fears, insecurities, and worries have been replaced with the courage and strength to own who I truly am. She really empowered me to go after the things I want and to step back from time to time and evaluate if I am being true to myself and my inner needs."
